Arctic is the most northern of all our national wildlife refuges. The refuge embraces the range of the great Porcupine caribou herd, free-roaming herds of muskox, Dall sheep, packs of wolves and the solitary wolverines, polar and grizzly bears. Oh, and 140 species of birds!
